About Me

My name is Julia Vogel and I am a photographer from Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. I have been photographing since my Junior year of high school when I randomly decided to take a photography class. I loved it so much that I asked for a camera that Christmas and started taking photos every chance I got. A lot has changed since then, but the one thing that will never change is how much I love photography.

I attended Endicott College, where I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography. Endicott gave me so many great opportunities to learn and grow as a photographer. I was able to study abroad in Florence, Italy where I was able to work with local businesses to photograph for them. I also completed three internships throughout my college career where I received valuable hands-on experience, including lots of tips and tricks for working with kids.

 

Julia Vogel Photography specializes in children and family photography and I offer mainly family, senior, and milestone sessions. That being said I love to create, so if you have an idea for a session unique to you I would love to help you create that. My first photos were of my brother playing hockey and I grew up dancing and love to photograph it so if you are looking for anything sports related I would be happy to accommodate that as well.

 

I have loved growing up here at the Jersey Shore and love the people and landscape so I am so happy to now be serving the community and creating photos that capture the beauty of it. Please feel free to reach out with any questions and I hope to work with you soon!
